A vacancy has arisen for a Band 4/5 Research Practitioner within the Cardiovascular Research hub as part of the Research and Development directorate at University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust (Wythenshawe Hospital).
If you are interested in starting a career in the exciting area of cardiology research, or are ready to move to a more senior research practitioner role, we would be delighted to hear from you. The role will be offered to the right person at either a band 4 junior research post or band 5 senior research practitioner post dependant on qualifications and experience which will be determined at interview.

The successful candidate will be passionate about Research. They will be enthusiastic and professional with an excellent eye for detail and proven work ethic, an ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt into our friendly team and be an excellent communicator within the multi-disciplinary team. They will be flexible and possess the ability to think quickly and show excellent organisational / time management skills.
A strong commitment to our team is essential for this post as well as a Health or Science related degree. Training will be provided appropriate to the individual needs of the successful candidate within a supportive environment.
