An Easebourne, Midhurst based residential elderly care service is currently recruiting for an NVQ 4/RMA or Diploma Level 5 qualified Home Manager. This service provides care and support to around 13 service users with a range of needs including dementia.
As Home Manager you will oversee the management of staff, budgets and resources. You will ensure high standards of care are maintained throughout the service, upholding the privacy, dignity and comfort of service users, working alongside residents’ families and a number of external agencies to coordinate on-going care.
You will have a relevant managerial qualification along with experience in the management of a care home. You will have strong leadership and communication skills and will have good knowledge of the care needs involved in this sector.
This position offers an attractive salary of £25,000 per annum in return for a 40 hour week.
