We are looking for a talented Resourcing Manager to join our growing in-house team to manage recruitment activity within Sanctuary Care. Based at our Head Office in Worcester you will be responsible for a team of resourcing professionals who partner with our Care Operations teams to fulfil volume recruitment demands within the business.
Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Manager you will manage the delivery of a cost effective, high quality resourcing service which meets the current and future recruitment needs of Sanctuary Care.
You will contribute to the development of good practice resourcing solutions and implement strategies to continually improve the effectiveness of sourcing campaigns. You will continue to build upon our direct sourced resourcing model while ensuring external strategic supply partners all work together to ensure our employer brand is positively represented.
As a leader you will ensure that the Resourcing team is managed and motivated to provide a quality driven service to numerous internal and external stakeholders. You will also ensure compliance with recruitment processes and report regularly on key metrics to analyse activity in order to identify on-going improvements.
Our working environment seeks an individual who has worked in commercial and fast paced organisations where volume recruitment at all levels is key focus. Experience of working within the care / healthcare sector is preferred. You will be an established recruiter or team manager who has experience of working alongside a number of internal stakeholders – a natural communicator with a high profile across the whole business with a highly organised and energetic approach to work is required.
Frequent UK travel will be a requirement of the role; therefore a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
