Band 6 – Respiratory Practitioner (Nurse / Physiotherapist) 10 WTE 375 hours (1 year contract, maternity cover)
Are you passionate about improving care for patients with COPD? This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of highly specialised and committed respiratory clinicians improving outcomes for patients with COPD. A NEW Spirometry Service has been commissioned to increase the prevalence of diagnosis of COPD in Croydon – finding the missing millions. Therefore the Croydon Respiratory Team will be expanding and we are keen to get the right people to join our team.
CRT is working in many innovative and exciting ways to improve quality of life for people with respiratory disease in Croydon. It is an integrated service within the hospital and across the community and also includes Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the Home oxygen service; this position will include working in both the hospital and community settings.
This is an exciting opportunity for respiratory practitioners who are proactive, self-motivated and keen to be at the forefront of delivering high quality respiratory care. The successful candidate will have experience of managing patients with respiratory conditions and there is opportunity for development for the right candidate.
The post holders will need to be able to work flexibly including weekend working.
