Job Description

Each programme will be adapted for you on an individual basis, with course fees paid and an additional £500 financial support for travel, childcare and book costs. For the duration of your course you will be supported by a mentor and have supernumerary clinical placements and much more.”

Working in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University, Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will support a clinical placement and appropriate mentorship. Previous Cardiothoracic experience is not required and we welcome applications from qualified nurses looking to return to practice from any nursing background.

Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will be using an employment model to support Return to Practice students on placement. We will be offering payment for practice hours on a Fixed Term contract at Band 3 (AfC) with an opportunity of substantive employment on successful completion of the course.
