Endoscopy Nurse

In this role, you will therefore prep your relevant anaesthetic room, operating theatre on endoscopy suite for procedures, ensuring all supplies and emergency equipment are available. Utilising your sharp eye for detail you will maintain patient records, and report any incidents to senior colleagues. Performing scrub and anaesthetic duties, you will see to it that waste is kept to a minimum and you will share your specialist knowledge (following the relevant training sessions), with the rest of your colleagues. 

Job Requirements

The scope to grow your medical knowledge is vast, so you will bring your passion for learning and communicating to this role. A registered nurse with previous experience within a theatre environment, it would be ideal if you also have substantial perioperative experience and the ability to manage clinical audits. Confident working in stressful situations with challenging individuals, your interpersonal skills will make you an essential part of this dynamic and enthusiastic department.
