Job Description

LNR Future Solutions are advertising on behalf of a fairly large sized Home based in the scenic Porth area. The Home has its own gardens for the residents to enjoy, is just a short distance from the town centre, easily accessible by public transport, and also provides onsite parking. 

The Home Manager is looking for an RMN/ RGN Qualified Nurse to join the team there. The successful Nurse will be working 38.5 hours a week on days.  

The Nursing Home caters for the elderly and those with physical disabilities such as Parkinson’s Disease, and those that have suffered strokes. The Home focuses on ensuring residents feel safe, secure, cared for, welcome and respected. The Home also offers Respite Care and Physiotherapy. Experience in these areas is not essential but is desirable. 

The successful nurse will be responsible for administering medication, producing care plans, and other nursing duties.  The successful nurse must be passionate, reliable, and committed to improving the lives of the patients, whilst offering them privacy, dignity and respect. The nurse must also be extremely organised, proactive, and be able to use their initiative to achieve the Homes goals

Job Requirements

The successful nurse must be:

  • RMN/ RGN (or equivalent)
  • Able to work in the EU
  • Have a valid NMC pin number
