The successful registered nurse will be required to take the lead on shift under the supervision of the Clinical Head of Nursing. The RGN/RMN must be able to plan and provide holistic nursing care for the residents, ensuring all policies and procedures are correctly followed. Provide care in line with National Minimum Standards and Care Home regulations. Act as a professional role model and be accountable for actions. Houry Rate: £15.50 - £16.50 per hourHours: 24-48 hours per week (Days or Nights)The ideal candidate must have :
- A valid NMC pin
- RGN/RMN qualification
- An understanding of NMC code of conduct
- An understanding of safeguarding
- Flexibility to be able to work 12 hour shifts
