Your new role
Overview of the post - You will be expected to develop, support and contribute to providing Early intervention for Psychosis (EIP) across Bexley. This will include identifying a range of opportunities for service users that promote social inclusion and recovery. The post holder will be care co-ordinator for people with wide-ranging complex needs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a qualification in Mental Health Nursing at Diploma Level or above. You will also need at least three years post-qualification experience as a practitioner within a relevant mental health setting. Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team and experience of working with adults/young people with serious and enduring mental health problems would also be of benefit. As well, you should have experience of working with families and carers of people with mental health problems and experience applying and interpreting standardised assessments.
