Job Description

Salary: £26,453 to £33,800 plus enhancements and location allowance

We are looking for exceptional, enthusiastic and motivated RMN Mental Health Staff Nurses to join the multi-disciplinary teams on our wards delivering recovery based and outcomes-focussed care to our service users.

Successful RMN Staff Nurses should demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards of patient care and be professionally responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. A high standard of record keeping which demonstrates service user engagement is expected from RMN Staff Nurse. Ideally you will have post qualification experience within an acute or ASD setting.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum fully inclusive dependent on experience.

Cygnet Hospital Harrow is a 46 bed hospital that consists of 3 wards, Byron ward is an acute open ward which caters for male and females and provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment for service users with a wide range of psychological and emotional problems, including addictions. Springs Unit is a low secure rehabilitation service specifically designed for male adults who have mental health needs but also have Asperger's Syndrome (AS) or High Functioning Autism (HFA). The Springs Wing is a step down unit adjacent to the Springs Unit. The wing is for adults with Asperger's Syndrome and High Functioning Autism requiring intensive rehabilitation to optimize their ability to function in the community independently.
