Job Description

Job Title: Staff Nurse ( RMN RGN RNLD )

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Salary: £25,000 Starting Salary, increasing incrementally to £27,000 after 12 months.

Hours: 35 per week - Shorter shifts (7am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10pm)

Contract: Permanent, Full time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for either a newly qualified or an experienced nurse with with a passion for delivering outstanding care, to join a prestigious nursing facility, specialising in Learning difficulties and Physical disabilities. This successful facility is currently awaiting inspection reports from a recent CQC visit, and is expecting either a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating - which would make it the first in the area to achieve such.

Personal specification:

Our client is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ), Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD ) to join the service as a Staff nurse position. Our client is interested in experienced nurses who have a high level of commitment, enthusiasm and passion to ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care, but are also able to consider newly qualified nurses who have the passion to deliver a high level of nursing to the residents. Extensive training and inductions are provided, and the site understand that sometimes the best nurses may not have the years of experienced, but as long as there is a passion and commitment to provide care, we are really interested to speak to you. We are able to discuss situations on a case by case basis, including those with restrictions on NMC pins.
