RMN Staff Nurse

Service: Psychiatric Hospital

Location: Harrow, South-West London

Salary: up to £30,500 per annum (fully inclusive of enhancements)

Hours: Full Time

Contract type: Permanent

Service Description: A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a substantially motivated, experienced and skilled RMN to work for one of the UK's leading providers of mental health and social care pathways, providing high value integrated services to a wide range of individuals. We are looking for a staff nurse (RMN) to work on the a low secure rehabilitation ward specifically designed for male adults with mental health needs but also have Asperger's Syndrome (AS) or High Functioning Autism (HFA).

About You: We are looking for exceptional, enthusiastic and motivated RMNs with a minimum of 6 months experience to join the multi-disciplinary teams on the wards delivering recovery based and outcomes-focussed care to their service users. Successful RMN's should demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards of patient care and be professionally responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. A high standard of record keeping which demonstrates service user engagement is expected. Ideally you will have post qualification experience within an acute or ASD setting.
