So, if you're an experienced RMN that can identify with our values and vision, support our fantastic team and deliver superior care, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for motivated and proactive Nurses with a particular interest in mental health and older people, being part of wide skill base of Nurses, who would love to contribute to the wellbeing of patients with severe and enduring mental health conditions. Our patients are older adults with organic and functional mental health conditions that are likely to cause behaviours that challenge. Some of our patients also have complex physical health needs and may remain in our service on an end of life care pathway.
You'll need to have exceptional clinical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a busy team. Previous acute or secure experience would be beneficial, although applications are welcome from Nurses with experience in alternative settings. In return, we will provide you with ongoing opportunities to hone new skills and further your career, as well as supporting you with your mission to provide excellent patient care.
***Relocation assistance will also be provided for candidates relocating closer to the hospital***
