Salary: £25,114 plus enhancements and relocation fee

Cygnet Hospital Godden Green offers a range of psychiatric and therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults on an outpatient, day patient and inpatient basis, as well as CAMHS and Low Secure inpatient services for our NHS customers.
We are looking for exceptional, enthusiastic and motivated newly qualified RMNs who would like to join us on our exciting preceptorship programme.
Essential requirements of the role are an RMN qualification with evidence of continuing professional development and demonstrable post qualified experience of working in mental health and secure settings.
Successful applicants should demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards of patient care and be professionally responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. A high standard of record keeping which demonstrates service user engagement is expected.
