Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Mental Health Nurses.

We are currently building a new Women's hospital in Coventry which is due to open at the beginning of 2017. We are looking for highly motivated Staff Nurses/Senior Staff Nurses to start between December 2016 and Spring 2017 relative to the build-up phase.

You will work as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team and support the implementation of treatment & therapy as per the service user's care plans, meeting the physical & emotional needs of the service users in a caring and empathic manner. You will also take professional responsibility as a named nurse for the risk assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care needs for service users.

Successful RMN Staff Nurses/Senior Staff Nurses will hold a valid NMC PIN number and have excellent communication skills along with an understanding of the relevant national policies and frameworks and the Mental Health Act.
