Job Description

Are you a dynamic and ambitious Mental Health Nurse looking for your next challenge? Do you want to join an established team and an organisation that truly lives its values?

As part of one of the UK’s largest independent providers of mental health care, Cygnet Hospital Bury is a fantastic place to build your career, with opportunities available across 14 specialist wards, offering a range of mental health services including specialist Deaf, Personality Disorder and Tier 4 CAMHS services. With a motivated and forward-thinking vision for the hospital, there is no better time to join the team. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive environment, with an absolute focus on providing the very best patient care.

So, if you’re an experienced RMN that can identify with our values and vision, support our fantastic team and deliver superior care, we want to hear from you.

You’ll need to have exceptional clinical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a busy team. Previous CAMHS or secure experience would be beneficial, although applications are welcome from RMNs with experience in alternative settings. In return, we will provide you with ongoing opportunities to hone new skills and further your career, as well as supporting you with your mission to provide excellent patient care.

As a growing organisation, with exciting plans for the future, we are passionate about driving employee development and supporting our staff's wellbeing.
