An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join us for 12 months fixed term period or a SECONDMENT opportunity to cover maternity leave. You will be joining a Safeguarding adult’s team who will embrace your input and support.
We are looking for an individual with passion and enthusiasm to support the delivery of person centred standards with a specific focus on supporting colleagues within the Community Division and to work with staff within the hospital.
The post is pivotal to our “Care Together” programme which, combined with the Trust Strategy will transform the way care and safeguarding is delivered to provide person centred, seamless care through partnership working.
We are looking for someone who has an unwavering commitment and a real focus to Safeguarding adults, with a positive and professional work ethic in the delivery of a “hands on” approach to our safeguarding adult empowerment frameworks.
You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Care Act and its links to the wider community, and be able to demonstrate how the integration of safeguarding governance across an organisation can contribute to better patient care.
You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently, and as a team player to meet our safeguarding agenda, with guided support and development.
