Friendly, well established Practice in North Manchester recruiting a Salaried GP
We are looking for a motivated and committed GP to join our team. The post is for between 3 to 5 clinical sessions per week. We would be happy to discuss the GP Retainer scheme with any suitable candidates.
Whitley Road Medical Centre is a well-established medical centre located in a deprived area of North Manchester that has operated in this locality since before 1948 – pre dating the NHS. Currently there are 6,600 patients managed by four partners. As a Practice we have a commitment to provide our patients with effective and efficient health care services in a sensitive, caring and confidential manner.
We believe we are respected by our peers and we have built a positive relationship with our local partners and stakeholders such as Pennine Acute Hospital Trust and North Manchester CCG. Two of our Partners are GP trainers for Medical Students and learning and education is an important part of what we do.
You will be committed and flexible and strive to provide a high standard of care. Excellent communication skills, willingness to be involved in teaching and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
