The Muktar Practice has a registered patient population of around 5000. The Partnership is one of three GP Partnerships collocated at the GP Centre and is supported by a highly skilled nurse and administrative team, by way of a shared resources model. The Partnerships work closely together to deliver Primary Healthcare services to their registered population. Overall there is a combined patient list size of approximately 15,000.
With are fortunate to be supported by a highly professional team that combine excellent clinical and non-clinical skills. The Practice recently achieved an overall rating of ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission earlier this year. Inevitably we remain under constant pressure to maintain and deliver the highest level of patient care in an ever-changing environment with decreasing resources.
We are seeking a full time GP to become fully involved with all Practice functions, both clinical and operational. This is an ideal opening for an aspiring individual.
Whilst the job specification details the main duties of the post, we see this role as a developmental one and the successful candidate should be prepared to fully commit to role; integrate with the Practice Team and contribute time and effort to the achievement of the Practice business objectives and the continuity of patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity for career progression with prospects for a Partnership for the right candidate.
