Working closely with the practice manager and practice team, you will be responsible for leading the practice, developing systems and protocols to support quality and safety, engaging with the local community to shape access to a wide ranging MDT and supporting the development of the whole team. This post is full time (40 hours per week) and will have dedicated clinical and management sessions to support the delivery of mutually agreed outcome measures.
