School Nurse - Children and Young Peoples public Health Nurse
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Children and Young Peoples Public Health Nurse – School Nurse to join our Children’s Community Services Team based at Swadlincote Health Centre and covering the South Derbyshire area. This is a busy locality which offers a variety of experience for the practitioner.
We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who excels at working with children, young people and families, as part of a skill mixed team. You will work to deliver a commissioned service specification and public health priorities by providing excellent standards of evidence-based client centered interventions for the school aged population and their families, working in partnership with other agencies, particularly the local Multi-Agency Teams and schools.
If you can demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to plan and organise competent, high quality clinical care delivery we want to hear from you.
