We have an exciting opportunity for a school nurse in Pendle Lancashire, based in Nelson working 30 hours per week. We are a forward thinking, dynamic Children and Families Network with an integrated approach to service delivery with children, young people and their families aged 0-19 years.

  • Work in partnership with families and individual’s asking for feedback and involving them in service development.

  • Delivery of the School Health Needs Assessment Process to identify and address public health needs of school aged children and their families..

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated School Nurses to drive forward our local vision and make a difference in meeting the needs of children and their families in Lancashire.
