Scrub Practitioner Contract and Bank Positions
The Westbourne Centre is a private day care hospital situated in the heart of the Edgbaston Medical Quarter in Birmingham (we are part of Ramsay Healthcare). The Centre prides itself on continually developing and pioneering new techniques for modern healthcare provision, including the innovative use of local anaesthesia with sedation for all our surgical procedures.
The Westbourne Centre specialises in cosmetic surgery, ophthalmic surgery, orthopaedic, and general and vascular surgery. We also offer restorative dentistry and oral maxillofacial surgery. As a small friendly team we are able to offer our patient a unique customer care experience and we regularly receive 100% satisfaction rates on friends and family surveys.
Due to the requirements of successful expansion, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed scrub nurses or equivalent. Whilst there is a preference for skills in Ophthalmology and Plastic Surgery, these are not essential to join our small dedicate theatre team. The successful applicants will support the senior theatre staff, ensuring high standards of effective care are delivered to all patients within the theatre suite.
