This is an exciting opportunity to join the Children and Young People’s (CYPS) division within Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to support the work of two managers within CYPS; the Service Manager of our targeted services-3Cs, Post Adoption service and STARS.
The post holder will be responsible for providing PA support to the relevant Sector/Service/Community Development managers to deliver comprehensive, confidential and expert administration which supports the delivery of clinical services.
The successful candidate will hold NVQ Level 4, or equivalent, RSA 2 or 3 in Typewriting, or equivalent demonstrable experience and competence. Previous experience in supporting senior managers and/or project management is desirable but not essential.
The post will be based at Epsom, but travel will be required to other Trust locations, including Trust HQ in Leatherhead. Working pattern required is flexible and will be subject to discussion with successul candidate.
