An exciting opportunity has become available to join the NHS Continuing Healthcare Team in SECSU working in the borough of Croydon.
The role involves undertaking assessments and reviews using the tools and procedures as detailed in The National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing care.
We are looking to recruit experienced, confident Registered General Nurse/ Registered Mental Health with excellent communication, assessment and people skills.
Your background will include experience in older people, palliative care and dementia.

We currently have one position available at Band 6 with a proven track record of working in this challenging and complex field of work.
It is important to note that you will need the ability to travel to a variety of locations to undertake this work across the Croydon borough. Your base will be the CCG Offices located at Bernard Wetherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon.
