BILINGUAL BANK SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT (Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu and Panjabi) AASHNA HOUSE RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME, 2 BATES CRESCENT, STREATHAM VALE, LONDON, SW16 5BP £9.44 PER HOUR HOURS TO BE WORKED AS AND WHEN REQUIRED When you join Sanctuary Care, you will be part of something special – we are an innovative organisation, with ambitious growth plans. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development. As this is a bank position, a flexible approach to work is required as you may be asked to work evening and weekend shifts, as well as during times of absence and sickness. Aashna House Residential Care Home is situated in the heart of Streatham.  Providing residential and dementia care, our dedicated team delivers culturally appropriate services to the home’s 37 residents with an Asian lifestyle. Experience in care is essential and it is essential that you are willing to work towards or are qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in the relevant area.
