SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT MEADOW VIEW RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME, BLACKTHORN ROAD, HERSDEN, CANTERBURY £9.05 PER HOUR 36 HOURS PER WEEK - DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE When you join Sanctuary Care, you will be part of something special – we are an innovative organisation, with ambitious growth plans. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development. Situated on the edge of a residential area in the village of Hersden, our new purpose-built Canterbury care home will include 60 en-suite rooms which will include all of the luxuries you would expect along with some special touches that will make it a true home.  Experience in care is essential and it is essential that you are willing to work towards or are qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in the relevant area.
