Committed to the delivery of excellent care you will join the Redburn Ward which is a busy 30 bed Stroke / Older Adult Rehabilitation Unit. NHS and Partnerships are currently undertaking a review of services for older people and those with complex care needs across Ayrshire and Arran. You would have the exciting opportunity to actively participate and contribute to this review and development of new models of care/pathways. You will be a registered nurse with excellent leadership and communication skills who is proactive enthusiastic and forward thinking to lead our dynamic team in providing the highest standards of clinical care. You will lead in driving the Patient Safety and Patient Experience Agenda with commitment to promoting excellence within this rewarding environment. You will aspire to lead the team to a shared vision whilst demonstrating the leadership qualities of both accessibility and visibility. You will have proven senior experience within an acute or elderly environment and be able to demonstrate evidence of promoting and influencing a multi-disciplinary approach the delivery of care.
