The Crystal Centre is currently looking for Senior Healthcare Assistant to join its inpatient team. You will be recruited to the Crystal Centre with an expectation of working across the two wards in line with service demands. Topaz Ward is 17 bed Acute Assessment Ward for Dementia and Ruby Ward is a 17 bed Acute Assessment Ward for functional illnesses.

Qualifications/ Professional requirement
You will be required to undertake and successfully complete the new national Care Certificate within a 12 week time frame for which you will receive full training and support at basic or higher level depending on previous experience.
The Care Certificate sets out 15 new national care standards that must be achieved by all health and social staff to demonstrate that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide safe and excellent quality of care.
This is a condition of your continued employment and must be achieved by the end of your first 6 months of employment. If you already have a national care certificate you will be required to evidence this at interview.
