Tadley Court school is set in a beautiful semi rural location with four acres of well maintained grounds. We are a co-educational school specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 5 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding.

As a Senior Learning Support Assistant you will support the effective delivery of education and independence programmes through the effective supervision of a small team of Learning Support staff. Acting as a positive role model you will provide guidance for your own team and contribute to their performance and professional development.
The successful candidate will have the ability to balance conflicting priorities presented during the school day, address unpredictable situations and the changing requirements and needs of students and staff.
