Senior Physiotherapist - Band 6
Full-Time Position (375 hours per week, some rotations include including: weekend and shift working)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Neurological rehabilitation Rotations in a service that covers Southampton City and the surrounding Hampshire region.
We offer a range of rotations within Neurological Rehabilitation within a post acute and community setting including;
We also offer opportunities to work with specialist clinicians in complex posture management, spasticity management, vocational rehabilitation, transition therapy and have strong research links.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic Senior Physiotherapist to join our service. The service is primarily located at Solent’ s Western Community Hospital. The successful post holder will rotate through the rotations on a yearly basis. They will work closely with the other multidisciplinary team members consisting of Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Consultants, Specialist Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Technician and Administrative support.
The service is part of the Adults Southampton service line and you will be supported by Team leaders and Service Leads, you receive professional specific and CPD support. The post holder will have at least 2 years post graduate experience which would include some specific stroke/neurological clinical experience and evidence of working within a MDT and experience of service improvement projects or audits.
