Job Title: Senior Nurse
Facility: Mental health and Dementia, Including challenging behaviours and younger adults with complex mental health needs.
This fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse with a passion and drive to develop and learn. The role is an ideal balance between keeping clinical and hands on skills, while also giving a real opportunity to develop your management abilities. Joining this rewarding facility, you will play a direct part in improving the quality of life of the service users, through providing outstanding nursing care. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for handling clinical duties, while also being involved in assessments, ordering clinical supplies to budget and deputising the registered home manager when necessary. As you can see, there is a huge scope for development and this role will provide you with all the tools you need to progress into management roles.

There is a comprehensive induction that takes account of recognised standards within the sector and is relevant to each specific role.
