SENIOR REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE

YARNTON RESIDENTIAL AND NURSING HOME, RUTTEN LANE, YARNTON, OXFORDSHIRE, OX5 1LW

£37,718 PER ANNUM (£17.27 PER HOUR) PLUS £1,000 INTRODUCTORY BONUS

42 HOURS PER WEEK TO INCLUDE: DAYS, EVENINGS, NIGHTS & ALTERNATE WEEKENDS

Situated amongst rolling fields, Yarnton Residential and Nursing Home is a beautiful home located in a rural village on the outskirts of Oxford close to the town of Woodstock. The home provides residential, nursing, dementia and palliative care for 60 residents.

To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic Senior Nurse, holding an up to date NMC pin number, to help work with the Deputy Manager and the Home Manager in developing specialist care.Your duties will include managing Care staff, as well as providing high quality nursing services. It is also important to us is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.

Furthermore, you will ensure that the right level of nursing care is provided to meet the individual, emotional and physical needs of our residents whilst supporting our culture of respect and dignity.  We put people at the heart of everything we do and guarantee that you will be part of something special where trusting relationships between staff and our residents are formed.  As part of our strong, friendly team, you will have all the support you will need to reach your potential to enable you to build a rewarding career within a growing and progressive organization.
