Senior Pharmacist – Cancer & Preparative Services

Band 7 - £31,383 - £41,373

This post provides support to the Preparative Services Pharmacy team in the provision of chemotherapy, cancer trials, education and training and supporting the wider cancer team. This post will suit an enthusiastic forward thinking pharmacist looking to gain further experience or to specialise in cancer and preparative services. As a specialist pharmacist you will have good communication and organisational skills and be willing to help develop the service through development of clinical guidelines, and aiding with financial and risk assessments to support development of new services You will join a team of friendly, patient focused pharmacists and will be actively encouraged to work closely with the multidisciplinary Cancer Team. As a designated Cancer Unit the Trust enjoys a close working relationship with the emerging West Midlands Cancer Network and Research Network.
