Specialist paediatric respiratory skills, with particular knowledge of Cystic Fibrosis, are essential for this senior post within the Cardio-Respiratory Unit. The Cardio-Respiratory Physiotherapy team covers CICU/Cardiothoracics, PICU, NICU, CF, ENT and Surgery. This post is part of an existing physiotherapy service, consisting of a Band 8 clinical specialist, 3 Band 7 Senior physiotherapists, 2 Band 6 Rotational Physiotherapists and a Band 4 Physiotherapy Assistant..
You will be working very closely with other members of the CF multidisciplinary team and physiotherapy colleagues and will lead the outreach physiotherapy service. Good communication skills, team working and the ability to work flexibly across multiple areas are essential for this post.
