Experienced, motivated and driven Senior Nurse required at a practice located on the Hampshire/Surrey border

Richmond Surgery is an expanding PMS General Practice providing a range of excellent patient care within a rapidly changing industry. We are pro-active at considering and introducing alternative and additional services for increased patient access to care. We are looking for that exceptional Practice Nurse who is driven to ensuring excellent care to our patients, who is experienced to support our nursing team in all areas and who is still wishing to develop and explore their own clinical expertise. We believe in strong clinical and management leadership with a clear emphasis on teamwork and adaptability to ensure a happy working environment and good work-life balance.You will lead a team of 5 and work closely with the Managing Partner and GP Partners.

Our growing 13,000 registered patients are cared for by an experienced team of 5 full time GP Partners, long standing Locum GPs, our exceptional nursing team and a large team of experienced administration staff and team leaders.

We use EMIS Web, Docman and have a high QOF achievement with GOOD CQC status. We are the second largest practice within the North East Hants and Farnham CCG with excellent transport links to the M3 motorway corridor and fast access rail links to London Waterloo (40 minutes).
