We are a Cardiothoracic Imaging Department and have a close working relationship with Cardiology .We have an excellent proactive attitude towards the role development of radiographers and skill mix with other professions.
We are looking for enthusiastic and forward thinking radiographers to come and join our friendly team at Harefield Hospital.
You will be joining the department at an exciting time as it expands the cross sectional service to include an imaging centre with a static MRI and an additional CT scanner.
The Imaging Department currently has 4 digital cardiac catheter laboratories ,which provide a busy 24/7 primary PCI service, a Nuclear Medicine service, MRI service, DR, CR and an integrated RIS/ PACS plus a newly installed GE Evo CT scanner ,offering specialist thoracic procedures and cardiac imaging.
You would rotate through General X-Ray, CT and the Cardiac Catheter Labs working within an 8am to 8pm extended day, 7 days a week and participate in the 24/7 out of hour’s service across the modalities .Both part time and full time applications are welcome
