An exciting opportunity, An experienced band 6 research nurses has arisen to join our expanding research team, supporting a variety of therapeutic areas within the Clinical Research Teams based at Salford Royal Foundation Trust.

The Research Teams at Salford Royal currently support Neurology, Gastroenterology, Respiratory,Cardiology, Audiology, Microbiology, Metabolic medicine, Rheumatology, Urology, Surgery, Oncology, Diabetes and Renal; the research portfolio is continually evolving and by engaging new
Investigator's we are diversifying into new therapeutic areas.

We have a purpose built dedicated research facility with 6 treatment rooms, an infusion area, lab processing area, temperature controlled pharmacy facility and most importantly a highly experienced and motivated team of Research Nurses, Research Physicians and Clinical Trials Support
staff. The footprint of the CRF will be expanding in the coming years to accommodate the increased activity on site.

We are a highly visible research active Trust with over 100 Research Nurses, Research Practitioners and AHPs on site. As a Research Nurse at SRFT you would be part of our enthusiastic research community with the opportunity to share best practice with highly experienced colleagues.

The successful post holder will be based at Summerfield House and managed by the Barnes Clinical Research Manager; a requirement of this post is flexibility as you will need to diversify by supporting
other research teams in differing therapeutic areas as required.

We are looking for B6 Research Nurse with substantial clinical experience in relevant therapeutic areas and or research experience to join the team although full support and additional training will be given. The candidate should be highly motivated and an effective communicator with
a can do attitude and an eye for detail who will take ownership and delivery of their work with a desire to develop their research skills, if this is you then we would love to hear from you.
