Are you an experienced, qualified Nurse considering a change in career? Or perhaps you have already moved from nursing into a resourcing role and you are now seeking a new opportunity?
We are looking for a talented Senior Resourcing Officer to join our growing team to support the recruitment of UK and overseas qualified nurses for Sanctuary Care. Supporting the wider team based at our Head Office in Worcester you will take the lead in advising and supporting regional and local managers on the full recruitment life cycle of nursing staff.
Working closely with the HR and Operations teams you will establish and build networks, partner the business and build credibility with managers to understand their resourcing requirements. You will ensure creative recruitment channels are explored to source the very best candidates and maximise advertising and marketing opportunities in order to promote Sanctuary Care as an employer of choice
Our ideal candidate is a qualified Nurse with a strong understanding of recruitment practices ideally gained within a similar healthcare organisation. With excellent communication and organisational skills you will be self motivated and used to managing conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment. You will be adept at building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You must also have strong IT skills (MS Office), ideally with experience of using integrated HR and recruitment systems.
If you have a current NMC PIN we will support your ongoing clinical development to maintain your NMC registration. Alternatively, if your PIN has expired, we’ll provide you with the appropriate support to renew your registration.
Frequent UK travel will be a requirement of the role; therefore a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
