Senior Sister ( RGN or RMN )

- Location: Guilford, Surrey

- Salary: Pound Sterling (GBP) £16.00 per hour £29,900 - £39,900

- Hours: Full Time

- Shifts: Days & Nights

- Contract type: Permanent

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within this small beautiful nursing home near Guilford in the Surrey area as a Senior Sister. This is a fantastic opportunity for progression in your career or for a experienced nurse looking for a new challenge. This period home offers a welcoming and safe environment that allows residents as much independence as possible, the home also cares for elderly people requiring short-term or long-term care, Residential and respite care. Staff morale at this home is very high with fantastic management.

What you'll be doing

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

- Supporting Unit Manager

Applicants must be RGN or RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN.
