Job Title: Senior Sister ( RGN or RMN or RNLD )

Location: Northwood, Middlesex

Salary: Circa £32,200 per annum excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time hours - paid breaks

Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced Registered Nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in North West London, in Northwood. The Care Home has recently been refurbished and is a bright and welcoming home that offers nursing care, convalescence, respite and palliative care for older adults. They can also provide care for those with Huntington's and Parkinson's. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

As a Senior Sister, you will be required to assist with the day-to-day running of the home and supervise junior members of the nursing team. You will need to promote a positive, proactive and caring attitude and ensure that care quality standards are upheld for the wellbeing of the residents. You will be responsible for carrying out and developing individualised care plans and will strive for improvement continuously.
