We are a provider of specialist mental health services, working within an NHS contract. We are dedicated to the treatment of patients with eating disorders and are looking to recruit highly motivated and committed RMNs to work within the clinical team.
We provide high quality care within a welcoming and therapeutic environment. Working with patients on an in-patient, day-patient, or out-patient basis, the successful candidate will contribute to and influence development of the individual treatment programmes.

To work as a member of the mental health, Eating Disorder Team in provision of care and support services for Adult mental health patients who are resident at Riverdale having treatment and care for an eating disorder.
As a RMN with strong clinical skills, clear decision-making, and good risk assessment skills, you will work within a team in a co-ordinated manner. You must have an empathetic approach to enable and promote recovery.
Adopt a clean tidy appearance at all times and wear appropriate clothing as per company policy.
Promote the organisation in a positive manner.
To work openly and co-operatively with patients and colleagues and to treat them with dignity and respect at all times.
To show flexibility and a positive approach as services change and develop.
Experience of working within an in-patient mental health service
Experience of eating disorders or relevant transferable skills is desirable but not essential.
Minimum one year post qualification
To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
To be the named nurse for identified patients.
To actively engage in clinical team meetings such as CPA reviews / MDT’s with internal and external multi-agencies.
To co-ordinate and manage staff on your shift on a day-to-day basis.
To delegate duties to other members of your team.
To maintain standards of clinical care at all times.
