Senior Staff Nurse (RSCN) - Paediatric Neurology / Neuro Rehab - London - Permanent - Full-time - £34205 - £43271

Medicor are pleased to consider applications for the position of Senior Staff Nurse (RSCN) - Paediatric Neurology / Neuro Rehab working for our client based in London on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be registered with the NMC Registered Nurse - Child or a Registered Sick Children's Nurse and have extensive post-registration experience.
You will need to have the following essential skills and experience for the position; You will be an experienced Paediatric nurse with experience of providing nursing care within a Paediatric Neurological setting. You will hold Basic or Intermediate Paediatric Life Support training, have a good understanding of Safe Guarding issues, hold a Mentorship / Teaching qualification and have good level of experience supporting Junior Nurses.

We are also looking for the following desirable skills, but are not essential for the position; Specialist Neurology or Neuro Rehab courses.

The position is working within a well known private hospital in Central London. Working as part of a team of nurses providing essential nursing care to patients in the ward. The ward is expanding later this year and will offer good opportunities for progression in the future. The ward currently has 9 beds in and nursing ratios are typically 1 nurse to 1 patient. If a patient requires more acute care then the ward does not hesitate to send them to the PICU, where they can receive more specialist care. Each bed on the ward is well equipped and you will be well supported by the Sisters and the Matron in your duties on the ward. This will involve shift work and they tend to work long shifts. Part-time applications will be considered for this position also

This is a Full-time Permanent position working 37.5 per week working in London.

The salary for this position is between £34205 and £43271 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the position.
