Job Description

Senior Staff Nurses – From £23,870 - £32,016 + Shift Enhancements* + £164100 Clinical Allowance

The Adolescent Service (Northampton) are looking for Staff Nurses and Senior Staff Nurses to join our exciting Service!

It’s a very exciting time for the pathway as we are planning to move into our new facility which will be open in Autumn 2016. FitzRoy House, will bring together our current adolescent services in Lowther and Malcolm Arnold House on one site and will be the largest facility of its kind in Europe. It will provide care to young people from across the United Kingdom, and alongside 110 residential beds, it will include a school, sports and therapy areas, and a number of landscaped courtyards.

We are a specialist service for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18 and are a centre of excellence; it has become the largest facility of its kind in the UK and we currently lead the field in services for young people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. Our units offer a home to young people with complex mental health difficulties and challenging behaviour and many of them have faced extreme developmental challenges.
