Wells-Brooks Associates are seeking a talented Senior Town Planner with at least two years’ experience to join my award winning clients friendly team in Maidenhead.

This amazing company has established a strong reputation locally and throughout the UK for high quality architecture across a spectrum of building types for both new build and refurbishment projects. They have significant experience of working in consultation with clients and planning authorities as well as specialist consultants to underpin an exemplary service which focuses on delivery and quality assurance.


To ensure a comprehensive service to their clients the architectural team has been expanded to incorporate other core disciplines, namely, town planning, project management and energy consultants to provide well considered, managed and sustainable solutions all to a high level of design.




Job Requirements
Duties

The job will include the completion, submission and management of planning applications/appeals, drafting of Planning and Design and Access Statements, research and undertake site visits and appraisals.


The ideal candidate will hold a relevant undergraduate/postgraduate qualification and will ideally be a member of the RTPI.  Previous experience of working in the private sector will be beneficial, but not essential.  

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who is able to liaise with clients, colleagues and local authorities throughout the planning process.

Ideally you will be within commutable distance of Maidenhead.
