Senior Ward Nurse - RGN - Private Surgical Hospital - South Manchester - Salary up to £29,000 per annum + Enhancements + Bonus Opportunities
Contract: Permanent Full Time Role
I am recruiting for Senior Registered General Nurses (RGN) for an excellent opportunity at a nationally respected private hospital in South Manchester. I am looking for Registered Nurses, preferably with some senior nursing experience to join their collaborative team of nurses on an in-patients ward.

This is an extremely exciting time to join a thriving healthcare provider that are soon to be moving to a brand new hospital site due to high demand. They have built a new hospital costing 63million that will have state-of-the-art equipment and plenty of opportunities for staff progression in the future.
You will have a caseload of a maximum of 6 patients per nurse at any one time. You will be working at a service that focuses on excellence and has received customer satisfaction scores of 99.6%.
As a Senior Ward Nurse (RGN), your duties include;
•Develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs
•Develop practice in addressing individual's health and wellbeing needs
•Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
•Develop knowledge and practice in an area of work
•Develops a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security
Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practices
•Plan, allocate, assess and provide feedback to team members
•Maintain and support the use of efficient use of physical and financial resources
As a Senior Ward Nurse - RGN, you will have:
•A Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
•A current registration with the NMC
•The legal right to work in the UK
