Bedborough House is a new development in Radstock.This service offers support for adults withh autism and complex support needs.
This is a great opportunity for an exceptional social care leader, preferably experienced in working with individuals with autism and in managing a team to shape and develop the service strategy, and lead and inspire the staff team to provide the highest quality person-centred support.
The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of CCQ standards and associated regulations, a proven track record of delivering high quality, person-centred services, and exceptional management, customer services, business development and organisational skills.
