Job Description

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sister to join our Ward team at Ashtead Hospital, located 5 minutes from Junction 9 of the M25. We are one of Surrey’s leading private hospitals delivering extraordinary standards of care and practice in this multi speciality environment.

This is a busy department, working with Consultants from a wide range of clinical disciplines, including orthopaedics and cosmetics. We are looking for a professional individual able to demonstrate the following:

  • Registered General Nurse (current NMC UK registration required)
  • Surgical experience
  • Medical experience
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing service needs
  • Excellent time management
  • Previous clinical supervisory experience
  • Ability to manage stressful/conflict situations
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels including consultants and patients
  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Ability to undertake shift work

Salary: Dependant on skills and qualifications.
Hours: 375 per week
Shifts: Night Duty including nights, weekends & on call.
