Would you like to gain Sister/Charge Nurse experience? We are looking for a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years post registration experience (with evidence of post registered professional development) to offer dynamic leadership and support to the nursing team on POU
You will be responsible for leading a team of nursing-staff as well as working within a multi-disciplinary environment. You should have excellent clinical decision making skills, and to be able to be able to respond to the needs of patients with Lung cancer and Respiratory disorders.
Good communication skills is essential with being compassionate and caring. A knowledge of Oncology and End of Life care would be advantageous.
You will be expected to deputise in the absence of the ward-manager and more experienced ward sisters.
You will have the support of the Ward Manager and Matron to help develop you in this role.
