Job Description

We are seeking a committed and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our client's busy Chemotherapy Day Unit, at their large acute hospital site located in the world-renowned medical district of Central London (TfL Zone 1).
Working just a short walk from Regent's Park and the West End, this role is within easy reach of TfL and National Rail services (Paddington, Marylebone, Euston, King's X/St. Pancras).
This is a full-time role, but our client may be open to considering a part-time hours opportunity; however, rigid rostering cannot be accommodated.

Our client is a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK, working with some of the capital's eminent Oncology Consultants and multidisciplinary healthcare specialists.
This major London hospital delivers an exceptional standard of Oncology Outpatient care, supported by the latest technology and state-of-the-art equipment.

Person requirements:
Registered Nurse with full NMC registration
Minimum of four years' post-registration experience in an Oncology/Chemotherapy setting; at least one year must be at Senior Staff Nurse level and one year of which is UK-based.
Experienced in taking charge of the Unit, and deputising for the Unit Manager.

To have completed a recognised Teaching and Assessing/Mentorship qualification and post-registration Chemotherapy qualification.

We are able to consider non-EEA applicants requiring a Certificate of Sponsorship however it is a condition that you hold either full NMC registration or completed
IELTS with a score of 7.0 to commence your NMC registration process.
Nurses with an IELTS score of no lower than 6.0 in any category are welcome to contact us for free pre-IELTS test coaching.
